Horrible service.

Room was not clean, simple spaghetti was served cold and clumpy, video on demand did not work, power was switched off at 10am without notice and waiting 35 minutes for baggage assistance.

It was spacious and beautiful. Great location

After reading reviews, I wasn't expecting much from the hotel, but it knocked my socks off! It was beautiful, bright, new and the room was big and wonderful! Walking right into the airport when it was time to leave was fabulous. It was the best place we stayed in Europe.

Poor service, room in poor condition, unattractive, no wireless, huge - walked 500 meters to room.

I would not recommend this hotel. I chose it because it is in the Malpensa Airport and I thought It would be convenient. However, the hotel is so big that I walked farther within the hotel than I would have if I had a hotel outside the airport. Beyond that the service was very poor and the porter was actually rude, talking on a cell phone as he took us to the room. The room had a broken toilet and air-conditioning did not work. the halls were very long unattractive gray corridors. There was no wireless. Check in was very inefficient. In other words, a very poor choice!

Ideal location for transit to other locations (e.g. Lake Como). Easy access to rail transit into Milan.

Wonderfully quiet rooms, nice hotel lounge with free
WiFi access for guests.

It's a Sheraton next to an airport how bad can it be? Although if you're looking for good Italian food do NOT eat here. Go into Milan itself, the hotel's restaurant is overpriced and of subpar quality,it a shame though because they do have a nice decor

The convenience of the hotel is fantastic, its right at the airport, train station, and rental car location.
Everything is extra. To swim you need a swim cap (5 Euro), to use the sauna 10 Euro, breakfast buffet 19 Euros. And be prepared to walk in this hotel
