Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Music City Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 10, 2013

This hotel's location is so close to everything! Yet, it doesn't feel that way. The concierge service is wonderful, the food is great. You get 5 bucks off a meal if you are staying multiple days and you opt out of having the maid clean. The hotel is pet friendly, very clean and well kept. It is close to the airport. There were always shuttles and cabs for transport.

Hotel is beautiful and easy to find. It doesn't feel like you are in the city. We had problems with room service. They forgot part of our order then it took an additional 20 minutes to complete our order. They did not forget to charge us full price for our food.

The facility was wonderful, the staff was very friendly, and I would recommend it to anyone. Just make sure to take Elm Hill Pike to get there. If your map leads you down Knights of Columbus, just know that you will eventually see lights and civilization!
