Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Music City Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(22) | Solo Traveler(8) | Traveling as Couple(64) | Family with Young Children(16) | Family with Teens(8) | Group Traveler(12)

Good beds, alright pillows. Bathroom good too!
Comforter dual layer makes it hard to hit a particular temperature with the body. Check-in was a bit lousy, no greeting or even a "how you doing?", just reservation and move on.
It is what it is. Big, spacious enough and comfortable enough to stay. No Fridge so watch out for that!

Location was great. Very clean and great staff.
The biggest downfall of this hotel, and why I will not likely return is the additional cost of Wifi. 9.00 to connect to their server. Ridiculous! The cost of an in room movie is almost 20.00. Compared to most hotels at half that cost.

The room was very spacious, extremely clean, comfortable. The location was excellent - close proximity to the airport and surrounding tourist venues. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again, for sure.
When I called the evening before our stay, to confirm our reservation, I was told that the Sheraton would meet or beat any price that Priceline or any other "vendor" could offer...in other words, no need to go through you. I kinda doubted this.
This was a beautiful facility, on beautiful grounds, that more than met our expectations. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a beautiful front lobby area and a very nice front desk staff. After just a few minutes, we were checked in and found that we had been upgraded to a King suite at no extra charge. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable.

Gorgeous hotel....I would probably have to give it five stars instead of three and a half.
The ONLY thing I did not like was that the A/C in our room made an annoying humming noise which required that I wear ear plugs in order to sleep:(
If you can get maintenance to work on the A/C, this hotel is GREAT!

The hotel meets expectations but does not supercedes them except for staff. Is it worth the price? Yes.
My problem I had with the hotel isn't major but for the star rating it should be the expectation of the hotel. (1) Bigger bathrooms, they are small. (2) A vanity area for women to put their makeup on. And, (3) A map of the hotel listing all it offers.
