Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The bed was amazing! We slept better than we have ever slept away from home.
We wish the room had been cleaner. There were items left on the floor from the previous tenant.

The hotel itself was very clean. However, we didn't bother using the swimming pool because it was an indoor pool and the beach was a very short two blocks away. We loved that we were able to walk down to the beach and not have to find parking. The carpet was not vacuumed very well. There were several "leftovers" on the floor. We did note that the lobby was very very clean. Parking was $8.00 a night and there was a $5.00 hotel service charge for each night. So plan on an additional $13.00 a night for your stay. The concierge was very helpful and we were able to purchase tickets to shows and events in the area. Overall we were so grateful for the bed. It was wonderful! ...read more

Didn't like the extra hidden charge of 5$ a day when I checked out never had this charge before. Also it was 8$ a day to park should b included included or listed that it wasn't included.

I enjoyed the fitness room. We got 'green tickets credits' for not having to have our room cleaned every day, but the staff still checked to see if we needed any supplies. We like the breakfast buffet that allowed us to use the tickets.
No. I loved it. Nicest place I have ever stayed in.

Very clean, nice hotel staff, close to beaches, convention center, ballpark, and Broadway at the Beach

Would highly recommend this hotel its cleanliness, amenities and location. Please be aware that the hotel charges a $5.00 fee (for using Priceline) and if you book more than one room (under the same name), they will charge you a parking fee for the additional room(s).

It was close to the beach and most other attractions in Myrtle Beach.
If this was supposed to be a 4-star hotel, that was not a 4-star room. It was small and there was nothing separating it from a basic 2.5 to 3 star room.

I would check out as many photos of the rooms as you can. They advertise it as a 4-star hotel, but it's nowhere near that from my experiences in other 4-stars. It's nice enough looking from the outside. But, for what we paid using Priceline, I guess it was fine. Nothing really special about it at all from my view.

The beds! Very Comfortable... Pool was real nice, warm! Bathroom was nice and seemed very clean. Just like home!
Not too convenient for walking from the hotel to go places. Surrounding roads were kind of busy.

Overall this is a great hotel. The only thing that would have made it better is if it was on the beach, but it was only few blocks away. We could see the beach from our window though, so you are that close. Great little get away...

Our room was spacious, with a picture window looking out over the ocean. It was awesome! The bed was ultra comfortable. I liked the thinking green feature of not using housekeeping everyday.
There was a 5 dollar a day charge for hotel fees that was not explained.
