Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 10, 2013

The hotel itself was very clean. However, we didn't bother using the swimming pool because it was an indoor pool and the beach was a very short two blocks away. We loved that we were able to walk down to the beach and not have to find parking. The carpet was not vacuumed very well. There were several "leftovers" on the floor. We did note that the lobby was very very clean. Parking was $8.00 a night and there was a $5.00 hotel service charge for each night. So plan on an additional $13.00 a night for your stay. The concierge was very helpful and we were able to purchase tickets to shows and events in the area. Overall we were so grateful for the bed. It was wonderful! ...

Would highly recommend this hotel its cleanliness, amenities and location. Please be aware that the hotel charges a $5.00 fee (for using Priceline) and if you book more than one room (under the same name), they will charge you a parking fee for the additional room(s).

I would check out as many photos of the rooms as you can. They advertise it as a 4-star hotel, but it's nowhere near that from my experiences in other 4-stars. It's nice enough looking from the outside. But, for what we paid using Priceline, I guess it was fine. Nothing really special about it at all from my view.

Overall this is a great hotel. The only thing that would have made it better is if it was on the beach, but it was only few blocks away. We could see the beach from our window though, so you are that close. Great little get away...
