Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 5, 2013

Great price for this hotel via Priceline. However, please realize there is an additional 40.00 charge paid directly to the hotel per room. We found this hotel to be very tired looking (hall carpets really need replacing, and decaying/chipping pool area). It is also very busy with all walks of life. We were only there for one night on our way home from our trip to one of the out islands. In retrospect, we should have just gone straight to the airport, checked in, and gone to Compass Point for a meal before heading home. We thought a hotel would be a better way to bide our time. However, at 40.00/person for dinner and 25.00/person for breakfast you can easily add
xxx for a family of four to your Priceline rate. We chose to eat snacks from the cafe in the lobby as a less expensive option. However, this was very disappointing as a final night to what was a perfect holiday in the out islands. ...

Would never stay here again. After waiting over an hour to get checked in we were informed that they couldn't find my reservation. The clerk tried to tell me that I would have to get out of line and wait again after I found it. I refused and made her look again and miraculously she found our reservation. The staff is just plain horrible. Everyone seemed to hate their jobs and were completely uninterested in being nice. To make things worse the cleaning maid left our room door open. Anyone could have walked in and stole my ipad and phone. All she had to say was sorry. To top everything off the place is falling apart. There were tiles missing on stairs posing trip hazards. ALL of the umbrellas on the beach are broken. Towel service was a crap shoot as they didnt nearly have enough. Do not go here! ...

I found the staff very friendly and polite. Great location and place for a couple days of R&R on the beach. It would have been nice if there were more good options in the hotel and a spa would have made the facilities perfect.
