Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 10, 2013

My wife has a travel bag for your makeup and other stuff including perfume. She keep her bag on the bathroom counter. When the maid can in to replace to towels she knocked over the travel bag. My wife's perfume bottle busted and and glass went everywhere. The maid left the bag and the glass all over the floor (but hey we had two clean towels). I wouldn't stay here again

The hotel is nice, with a nice lounge and bar area in the main lobby, the room was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly.

When choosing green don't expect any service at all and guest services said voucher would be honored for room service breakfast(which I would not have done for $23 toast and tea) but at check out it was not honored. Whole experience was less than good. Maybe if staff was more forthcoming it would have been better.

Hotel is in a very good spot, within walking distance of most of tourist New Orleans. Valet and bell-staff very efficient and friendly, helpful with any questions we had. Front desk agents very knowledgeable of surroundings and of company policies. Lobby was very massive, with loads to take in ranging from a Starbucks to the bar, even the giftshop tucked away near the elevators. Housekeeping staff very attentive to detail and helpful with any requests we made. ...

I got a great deal on priceline, but come to find out you have to pay $42/day in valet parking. Ouch. And then you have to tip every time you turn around. Heaven forbid if you try to borrow a luggage cart to take your own luggage up to the room. The pool was small--not nearly enough chairs for the size of hotel it is. I wish they also had an indoor pool for inclement weather. ...
