Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Parsippany Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

This hotel has a fabulous indoor pool with jacuzzi, women's locker room, and exercise room! It's what you'd expect at a 5 star hotel. Enjoyed the strawberry filled drinking water in the main lobby as well.
Remember to bring your own shower cap for the bathroom. Surprised not to see an instant clothes line across the shower stall to hang out those hand washables or wet bathing suits.

Best for the pool, jacuzzi, and gym. Double bed in room had spongy comforter - would have preferred a softer cotton blend blanket. Bring a shower cap - though I'm sure they'd have them at the front desk. Such an impressive "castle" look hotel - very clean and beautiful. I'd highly recommend it!

Great room, staff very helpful, and the fitness facility was on par with those at the local fitness centers like Gold's, etc.
The appearance - the building looks like a castle....and as such looks very much out of place in suburban NJ.

Not much more to say than what I stated above - the staff was friendly and helpful, the room clean, the bed comfy and the fitness center top-notch.

furniture
exceedingly weak shower and water faucet pressure (you will not get the shampoo out of your hair at this hotel), cheap carpet in room (like outdoor carpet), plastic glasses, extra charge for internet use in room, no free breakfast

Man at front desk had serious speech impediment, could not understand him - who is the idiot that puts such a person at the front desk, where they have to check people in and talk sense to them? Stupid place - also see above.

The room was exceptionally spacious and the mattress was quite comfortable. The fitness and pool facilities were way above average for a hotel because it is a public mini-club that serves hotel guests. Public spaces were large and well-appointed.

We used this property as a stay-over on our trip to NYC. It was very convenient on and off I-80. The exterior facade is a castle - quite unexpected and very well executed. Luxurious bed made for a perfect night's sleep. Lots of large conference space and public meeting areas, all beautiful. Would recommend this property for business or pleasure.

Everyone is very professional, helpful and accommidating. The lounge on the 6th floor is fantastic and Mary, the hostess on the AM is such a pleasure. Her cheery attitude is so genuine and is a nice way to start your day!
No the hotel met my expectations.

A nice gym. They have a shuttle available for local places. Schedule in advance during peak times. Only 1 pace to eat dinner in Hotel, which was Ok but 2 GReat places near by, Italian and Thai. Both awesome!A great place to stay overall. I would recommend and I plan on using again for my upcoming business trips.

Clean, quiet, and well maintained hotel.
The restaurant didn't seem appealing.

This is a clean, quiet, well maintained hotel, with great facilities and cool castle like exterior.
