Sheraton Roma Hotel & Conference Centre

Staff wasn't helpful. The location was terrible and food was very overpriced. The internet is terrible (only one hour entire 3 day stay and you must use their computer). The maid threw out my brand new razor (in the package). My TV was on when I came back once even though I didn't leave it on. The hotel is fine and the pool is great. The staff was rude and the reception service was slow. The biggest piece of advise I can give is to not take the restaurant recommendation for "Antica Posta Roma." The food is horrible and the walk from the hotel to the restaurant should be considered risky - plus we got lost because the directions was wrong.

The check in was very slow, not enough staff on duty to handle the load especially when a tour bus arrived. it took 10 minutes just to pick up tickets for the shuttle downtown. no concierge to handle questions about tours and things to do.

The service was not acceptable. First, put me and my wife in a room with double beds. Told they would try to find me a room the next day with a queen or king bed. The free internet never worked. They tried to charge me 25 Euro per person for breakfast that was suppose to be included. The charge was removed but they indicated that they would not provide breakfast for free as "No Priceline Customers get free Breakfast.". There is no free shuttel to the Airport, but they charged me 7 euro per person, which was not unreasonable. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the hotel shuttle is 3 euro but the bus is 1 euro and stops in front of the hotel. Nothing within walking distance of the hotel. Room was nice but paint and plaster falling from the ceiling in the bathroom. Went to check out and the hotel billed me a second time for a reservation that was pre paid. They corrected the bill immediately, but they should not have charged me in the first place. Everything about this stay was a pain and I always felt like I had to be on guard or they would cheat me out of money. Then they signed me up for their reward program without my permission. Very nice looking property. Comfortable and clean.

Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. The location is far from the center (hotel provides a shuttle - 3 EUR). Service needs improvements (some very nice receptionists - especially ladies they deserves a huge promotion!); the guys give you attitude as if you were bothering them with any of your questions).
