5 euro shuttle to airport.
The check in process was very slow. They tried to charge me again for the room even though the room was prepaid.

The check in was very slow, not enough staff on duty to handle the load especially when a tour bus arrived. it took 10 minutes just to pick up tickets for the shuttle downtown. no concierge to handle questions about tours and things to do.

I have stayed at probably 40 hotels over the past year and this hotel would be among the worst in as far as value.
Where does one start. For value Americans just expect more.

The room service was good.
Overpriced and rude customer service (desk). Not very helpful. Did I mention, overpriced?

It was overbooked during our stay. The rooms were extremely small and they wouldn't give us a suite even knowing we were a family of 4. They didn't offer any suggestions for tours or transportation besides their shuttle bus services. They were very unhelpful. I hope to never find myself here again. It was awful to have to return each day after touring Rome. Cust. Svc. didn't bother to tell us that water is free all over Rome and allowed us to spen 5.5euro per bottle. ...read more
