Great views! Helpful staff. Very convenient airport access.
$13! for 24-hour WiFi. The initial front desk clerk did not listen to what I was saying.

Clean hotel with great views. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The sports bar had good food, but the drink prices were a little high. A few small issues were: the door to the room did not automatically latch when it closed, the TV remote batteries were dead.

Hotel location on marina was beautiful & loved outdoor patio off room.
Some charges seemed suspicious like the twenty something telephone charge when we never used the room phone.

Beautiful & convenient location.. rooms aren't that stylish but are still cute and clean. Check your bill and make sure to receive one that's itemized otherwise considering bf and I stayed for only
a night its a steal.

It was a large hotel with a lot of amenities.
Too close to the airport.

This was a nice hotel, but two things marred my stay. This hotel is located right next to the airport and there would be a lot of noise from the planes taking off or landing, which occurred from 7am to 11pm. I also had the unfortunately chance to have a smoker in the room adjacent to mine the last night I was there. Cigarette smoke would come from the vents whenever he started to smoke. I called guest services several times, and they told me they sent security up to investigate, but cigarette smoke would occasionally reach my room. ...read more

Near the Marina and short drive to local attractions.
Beds and sheets were uncomfortable.

There are 3 separate buildings to accommodate guests. Two of them appear to be 4-star quality but the one we were assigned was not even comparable to the others.

Gorgeous view of pool/marina ducks in the pool - very cool.
Heard airplanes flying over in middle of night.

Very close to airport - might hear airplanes overhead (but nice for 6:30am flight). Grounds were gorgeous, ducks swimming in the pool - very cool. Very close to marina. friendly staff. Will definitely stay at again.

Convenient to airport.
The hallways and public spaces were in terrible repair - dirty and old. We got placed in the lanai area which was like a bad motel from the 60s.

The tower may be fine but beware of the lanai. The hallways are dirty and old - the structure needs painting - we even had a couple having a screaming fight to add to the bad motel ambiance.

It was the Sheraton, very nice and the view of San Diego Habour was great with a full moon that evening.
We had to call the front desk and have the engineering department. come out, found a possible bed bug (1), in sheets.

I like Sheraton hotels, I've used them quiet often while in New York. The hotel was a great place to stay we had a room facing San Diego Harbour with a beautiful view with a full moon that night, also we were looking at the airplanes coming into the airport. The hotel was very receptive to all our requests.

Very dirty. Uncomfortable bed.

I will never stay there again. Hotel room is very dirty. Beds are uncomfortable. Walls are thin.
