Trevor at the main desk was the most helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. And the rooms were pristine. And the late night pool hours, the best!
Not a thing. It was great!

Fantastic price for what they offer. Worth double what they were asking. Staff was very accepting and eager to accommodate. Clean, tidy, and really cared about the clients.

We received good advice on parking close by that saved a $25.00 valet charge. We received maps to get to our destinations in town.
We didn't think the priceline discount was sufficient. If it's a significant saving it should be part of the promotion. We think we could get a comparable saving with other discount providers.

Park under the Eau Claire Market --$4 after 5 'til 5 pm on Saturday or Sunday.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were very nice and updated.
The expense of the valet parking, and that you had to move your car at 9am, off the street if you didn't use valet.

THE HOTEL STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY - THE ROOM AND BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE!!
THERE WAS NOTHING I DIDN'T LIKE ABOUT THIS HOTEL

Everything about this hotel was appealing from the comfort of the room to the exceptional staff location was very convenient to local attractions and driving in the area was very easy. I'd highly recommend this hotel to others and would stay there again in a heartbeat!! Great job Sheraton this is one of the reasons I so much enjoy staying at this hotel.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly in letting us know about the area, and provided clean, and spacious rooms.

Hotel was very nice, providing spacious and clean rooms. A plus was having the "Taste of Calgary" food festival going on while we were there.

Front desk staff and cleaning staff were nice.
Improper billing of my credit card. Check your statements.

Although I really liked the front desk staff and the cleaning staff, the billing system was screwed up and the staff that took care of that were useless. I ended up with incorrect charges to my credit card and had to talk to at least 3 people from that team + the GM to get it all cleared up.
