Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Suites Columbus
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2013

Excellent location and hotel!

The location of this hotel is right off of the belt around Columbus and is close to shopping and dining...especially in the Polaris area (approximately 5-10 minutes away). The staff were very friendly and had us checked in within just a few minutes. The hotel was busy with several people coming and going but we were not delayed in anyway. The rooms were great!

Sheratons are a wonderful chain of hotels and have a high standard of cleanliness, room space, and friendly, helpful staff. The rooms' furnishings are always tasteful and actually nice looking. This was the first time I stayed at a Sheraton Suites and it definitely lived up to the Sheraton name. The problem with the more expensive chains is that you only can get free Internet service in the lobby, unless you have a certain status in their rewards programs. There is always a free business center with Internet. I am aware of that when I make the reservation and I choose to stay there. Others need to know that it is $9.95 for Internet in the room. As mentioned earlier in the survey, the pool and hot tub were great especially after a long road trip. Another item that should be mentioned for those that are not aware, there is no FREE breakfast as in the other hotel chain with the word suite in its name. Unless your reservation includes breakfast when booking, breakfast would need to be purchased. I most likely will stay at the Sheraton Suites the next time I come to Columbus. ...
