Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I mostly liked the room itself. Amazing sheets and pillows, big televisions, overall very comfortable.
On our floor, the janitor left his cart there with the garbage wide open and when we went to go get ice it smelled pretty bad.

Overall, I had a nice experience. The room was beautiful, there's plenty of restaurants very close by, and a late check out so I got to sleep in which I love!

Great business value.. good location - feeling of an old hotel but kept reasonably up to date. Staff was very friendly - food was good - room was comfortable & clean - cooling system was a little weak.

great lobby and interior.
Some staff could have been friendlier. No pool towels availavble and no sign where to get them and where to dispose of them.

Nice hotel, but needs a little tlc (updating, fixing). OK location: 12 miles from Ft.Lauderdale airport.

AC didn't work. Staff wouldn't help. Sweat most of the night since they were all booked up. By far the worst experience I've ever had. Next time I'll stay at the Hampton instead of trying to save a few bucks. Huge mistake.
It was horrible. Worst hotel experience ever.

Booked this hotel to save a few bucks and paid for that mistake. AC was making horrible noises which is probably why it didn't work. It blew warm air so I asked front desk to switch rooms. No rooms available and no discount. They said if I wanted my money back I would have to leave and stay somewhere else. Bad rooms, bad staff for sure and I paid for my mistake not staying somewhere else. ...read more

Very nice lobby and interior.
My in-room coffee maker did not work. I found this out in the morning when I needed coffee. I got it fixed and then discovered that my room was stocked with decaf only, not the usual mix of car and decaf. The room also smelled musty.

I would pass this hotel up for the Westin or something similar and close by.

Very helpful staff, pretty clean, no complaints really.

I enjoyed the one night stay we had. The rooms were nice and comfy, every room had a balcony and the staff were all very helpful.

Hotel is shabby and worn. Carpeting is dirty. Mattresses and chairs sagged. There are no safes in the rooms and there is a long wait to access a safe deposit at the front desk.

This is NOT a 3.5* hotel!
