Business Traveler
Getting to the hotel was a bit of a challenge. My GPS did not like the address I copied off my reservation. When I called the hotel for help, I was told that other customers had the same problem and that I should look for the hotel when I exit the freeway. (That was a lot of help). Parking and WiFi added 25% to my room rate. This was a surprise. The business area (computer, printers)was open between the restaurant and the bar. Not exactly quiet or semiprivate.

Solo Traveler
Room was clean but pull out sofa broken, room smelt of smoke even it's non smoking hotel and free WI-FI only in lobby ,when we called front desk we were put on hold and nobody ever picked up back. Staff was polite but didn't listen what the problem was nor apologize for the inconvenience. Overpriced for low standard.

The negative (nothing deal breaking):1. The merriment of the staff seemed almost forced at times rather than genuine. 2. The free shuttle guy had to be called several times and was late with the first time I rode it. 3. The entrance is hard to get in to due to its intersection with the street. The positive: Everything! The suites were very nice. Adequately equipped with everything extra you might need. There were 2 flat screen TVs in the suite which was nice that you didn't feel like you had to lay in bed and watch TV. The staff was very helpful and always willing to answer questions. ...
