Very nice lobby and inside of room. Comfy bed with modern upscale bathroom. Lobby was also beautiful. Nice little pool with a hidden hot tub.

The hotel was nice, but the whole check-in process was less than desirable! I did receive 2 free drink tickets for my inconvenience though!

Senior Travelers
Really enjoyed our stay, staff was very helpful and friendly. Pool area was beautiful and very clean. Rooms were large and very well appointed. Very nice beds and linens. Our only complaint was the restaurant closed too early for us. After a day of sightseeing and shopping, we wanted to eat and relax. But had to leave hotel again to find dinner.

Family Traveling with Teens
My 2 teenagers felt it was grungy to sleep on and their backpacks even had to be cleaned from sitting on the floor which also smelled. I guess I would have to say that it was not of 3.5 star quality due to the unclean living room environment.

We were totally shocked by our room! It was 5-star quality! The service there was even better! When we got back to our room after Duvall street, we wanted to use the hot tub, but it was past hours. The gal at the front desk told us to go ahead and use it, she would let security know we were there and not to bother us. Unfortunately the hot tub turned off automatically and we couldn't use it. ...
