The suite was a good size, easy to locate. Room was nice enough, but not as new as the pictures depicted. Shuttle service only fair. Never got the ice machine to work, went to another floor and it didn't work either. Location was good, easy to find, and across from the beach. Most rooms don't have a view of the water, our room had a tree immediately outside the window, so we had no view at all. I would recommend staying here, but think it is more of a three star, not a 3 1/2 star. ...

This hotel is close to the beach but removed from the restaurants, night life, and stores.

The hotel is more on the southeast portion of Key West and downtown Key West is on the west side of the island. The hotel has a great shuttle to downtown Key West and we used it everyday and walked around. We never moved the car once we checked in. I loved the peace and quiet of the hotel, we only heard people walking outside. There were no kids around. :)

The hotel was directly across from a great beach. It was a great place, except bring ear plugs. The walls are very thin. The staff was great and offered a shuttle to downtown. We will definitely stay there again!
