Great location it's close to everything
I wish it had free wifi in the rooms I don't like paying $10 a hour for Internet
It's right next door to mideveil times 5 min away from the American Airlines center just a wonderful location.

The split rooms
This was a horrible stay and experience. The keys to the room were broken so summertime had to let us on and out of our room. There were different purple basically with access to our room,i just didn't feel secure with my key flooding around

The hotel is lacking in its maintenance and upkeep.
Older hotel with less than adequate maintenance and remodeling.

We had a nice view
Small bed room
Good customer service. I call ahead and asked for a room with a view and we had a great room. The bed room was a bit small for me. When we walked in front of the bed one person had to wait on the other person to pass before they could pass.

Excellent use of space, Every room was so comfortable.
Room key replaced three times and never did work. Security guard had to let us in. Tub and toilet need updated.
