Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Suites Plantation
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 17, 2013

We enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Suites Plantation. Staffs were very courteous and responsive. We complained the musty smell in the room and they immediately switched the room for us. We like Sheraton because they accept dogs (up to 40lbs) for free of charge. Breakfast buffet wasn't very impressive contrary to other reviewers noting it being great, but hey it's a continental breakfast. There is a decent size pool (I think it's 25 meter)on the 9th floor along with a small gym. Hollywood beach is 20 minute drive depending on traffic and Miami South Beach is about 40 minute drive from the hotel, so the location isn't the best. But there were four adults, a toddler and a dog in our family and we comfortably stayed at a basic suite at the price we could never have got closer to South Beach, so we were happy. ...

Check in early to get the room you booked. I called and notified them I will be arriving late already had Jacuzzi suite booked and was told that would be available but when I arrived (11:00pm) there wear none available they gave me a similar room minus the jacuzzi same lady how assured me room would be available was at the front desk. They did add a breakfest for 2 to make up for it but since room was prepaid couldn't refund even though it was not the room I paid for. ...

it is great hotel for the price and star level. Would recommend hotel to anyone who wants value for their money. Upscale at a reasonable price.Liked the kitchenette area with the microwave and coffee maker. Would have been nice if free continental breakfast was provided.

xxx per night total.
Great hotel, good location if you have a rental car or are in your own car as it is a bit of a drive to the beach but not too far. Would definitely stay here again!

This is no better than a 1.5 star hotel on it's best day. The only 3.5 stars are their prices. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again even if they were offering free rooms and free car washes...
