Hotel is a little older than pics make it appear but overall it's in good condition. Would be better if the rooms had balconies. Also had a horrible view of the abandoned Malls roof next door to the hotel. Other than that overall experience was good :)

Rooms are spacious and clean.
The hide-a-bed couch mattresses need improvement. It was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Spacious rooms, but hide-a-bed couches are not really comfortable to sleep on. Beds and bedding are very nice. Large dressing area with double sinks and lots of counter and closet space.

We were familiar with it and it's surroundings from a previous stay. The staff was very helpful, ample parking, large, comfortable rooms.
Like on the previous stay, we were given a room by the elevators. It was very noisy most of the night. We assumed that it was due to the discounted price, so we did not complain!You get what you pay for!

The room was very clean and recently renovated. We found the mini-fridge and microwave very convenient, as was the separate shower and vanity areas. The location was also great, as we found a nice restaurant for breakfast, as well as a mall nearby.

Hotel staff are courteous, helpful, and they had a sense of humour.

Stayed at Plantation on 2 separate occasions during our holiday--before and after the cruise. Rooms were well maintained and very clean. The beds were comfortable with a good supply of pillows. One thing we did notice was that the hallway carpets are starting to show their age. Initially, we were concerned the rooms would also show their age based on the hallway carpets, however, this was not the case. We've stayed at this hotel in the past and we will continue to book this hotel. As for the location, my wife and daughter appreciate the fact that it is a short drive to the Sawgrass Mills Mall. ...read more

Yes! The room is very big and clean. Close to seagrass malls however it is a bit far from airport and the cruise port. Some of the staff are really friendly, the hotel also provide free shuttle to airport if u ask the front desk.
Nice hotel, good location if you like shopping. The hotel provides free WiFi , the shuttle bus base on the availability no reserve necessarily. Charge breakfast from 9 to 13 dollars. Big swimming outdoo. Pool

Living room furniture was filthy. The toilet seat was broken. An electric receptacle was broken, and it was inside the bathroom.

Hotel was nice overall. The location is not really close to Ft. Lauderdale, but I knew that ahead. The room, although nice and large, had filthy furniture and some broken bits. Toilet seat was broken and loose. An electric receptacle by the sink was broken and loose. You could not safely plug in a razor there.
