Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Suites Plantation

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Large two room suite with excellent beds. Furniture is somewhat dated and needs replacement. Large double sink in bath. Two flat screeen TVs.

Next to an abandoned mall which has been neglected. The hotel tries very hard to accomodate its guests. The front desk staff was excellent. The restaurant needs to train their servers much more then at present. Overall, this hotel represents excellent value for the cost per night.

I have stayed at this location on several other occasions. Unfortunately, it is starting to look dated. If I did not get the room for a very reasonable price, I would have been disappointed.

As a business traveler the room layout was condusive to getting work accomplished. The public areas were bright and welcoming.
No complimentary internet in the rooms and no reasonably priced breakfast option was avaialable. You had to eat from the buffet at the buffet cost. The landscaping in the parking lot presents a personal danger with exposed metal landscaping barriers and

Conveniently located, although next to an abandoned mall which presents an eyesore. While a business center is provided, there is no complimentary internet in the guest rooms. Rooms were in need of a "sprusing up" to fix torn wallpaper and scuff marks on the wall. A good vacumming and dusting behind furniture is in order. Complementary coffee and water was available in the room and the beds/pillows were comfortable. ...read more

Clean, comfortable room
My room was the furthest from the elevator and was out of the way but possibly an effect of purchasing through Priceline and not a big issue overall. Internet was $10 but was sufficiently fast once connected.

Decent hotel. Clean rooms and public spaces good for meeting customers or clients. Would stay again.

1. Construction ongoing everywhere. 2. Restaurant not open for dinner - snacks available in lounge with load sports on TV. 3. Hotel is last remaining tenant of a very large Fashion Mart mall that totally vacant. Poor security. Truck in p

Despite the complaints, would probably stay again because it is close to my office.

Very kind & friendly staff. Fabulous pillows! Good coffee in room. Handy shuttle bus.
Lighting in room and bath could be better. Inner shower curtain kept blowing around, water leaked.

Excellent location, great rooms at a great price.
Couches in guest rooms always look dirty. That is my only complaint.

I have stayed at another Sheraton Suites in this area that wasn't half as nice as this hotel is. The lobby decor gives it a very upscale feel, the rooms are large, clean, and most importantly, quiet. The suites are like small apartments and include small refrigerators and microwaves. You can park for free which is an added bonus for this hotel.

Very upscale look for a 3.5 star hotel.
The hallways to the rooms looked very dated. The couch in the room did not look good.

The Sheraton Suites at Plantation are a great place to stay when visiting South Florida. They have a very modern looking lobby and the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.
