Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Suites Plantation
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 7, 2013

Stayed at Plantation on 2 separate occasions during our holiday--before and after the cruise. Rooms were well maintained and very clean. The beds were comfortable with a good supply of pillows. One thing we did notice was that the hallway carpets are starting to show their age. The price was excellent for a 5 star hotel. They were oversize suites with refirgerator, microwave, sink. Beautifull rooms.

Proximity to amenities was fine, but hotel is located in a deserted mall that is falling apart. Hotel interior is in dire need of refurbishment (new paint, carpets, furniture in rooms, etc). Hallways were very noticeably worn and dirty. Pull out couch mattress seemed older. King bed was fine. Bathroom was okay. I am not sure if I would stay here again. At least the price was decent. ...
