The bed was very comfortable. The check-in and check-out time was very fast with excellent service.
The bathroom could be cleaner or need more servicetime to get a 10-Point comfortable feeling.

Only app. 40 minutes to miami airport. Enough free parking space. Next to the Sawgrass Mills Malls.

Check in early to get the room you booked. I called and notified them I will be arriving late already had Jacuzzi suite booked and was told that would be available but when I arrived (11:00pm) there wear none available they gave me a similar room minus the jacuzzi same lady how assured me room would be available was at the front desk. They did add a breakfest for 2 to make up for it but since room was prepaid couldn't refund even though it was not the room I paid for. ...read more

carpet looked old in the hallway, time to change it

it is great hotel for the price and star level. Would recommend hotel to anyone who wants value for their money. Upscale at a reasonable price.Liked the kitchenette area with the microwave and coffee maker. Would have been nice if free continental breakfast was provided.

Got a great deal through Priceline Name Your Price and got upgraded to a HUGE suite for about
xxx per night total.

Great hotel, good location if you have a rental car or are in your own car as it is a bit of a drive to the beach but not too far. Would definitely stay here again!

Mattress was HORRIBLE, Desk staff incompetent, and they charged some phantom room rate versus what I bought on Priceline. Then they say that I have to wait a week to get the overcharge back.I had to spend over and hour at the front desk to fix this! Sad!

This is no better than a 1.5 star hotel on it's best day. The only 3.5 stars are their prices. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again even if they were offering free rooms and free car washes...

Hotel is a little older than pics make it appear but overall it's in good condition. Would be better if the rooms had balconies. Also had a horrible view of the abandoned Malls roof next door to the hotel. Other than that overall experience was good :)
The shower head kind of sucks!
