Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Suites Wilmington Downtown
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(12) | Solo Traveler(7) | Traveling as Couple(38) | Family with Young Children(10) | Family with Teens(3) | Senior Traveler(2)

There was a wonderful staffer at the counter who helped me in the morning by correcting the mistakes made by another staffer on my bill.
You have to pay for Wifi. You have to pay for parking. And both are overpriced.
You will end up paying a lot for things that other hotels include for free... wifi and parking.

Very nice rooms. Area is a little sketchy so you will want to park in hotel garage.

The room was nice.
Parking under the hotel was free on Friday and charged on Saturday, Plus the parking was so tight, a vehicle hit my car on the side.
My reservation for Saturday was $10 more than Friday. My Friday reservation was made on the phone with Sheraton, and they gave me free parking for Friday. My reservation with priceline, charged me $12 parking in the same spot on Saturday.

Location is great - in the heart of Wilmington, restaurants are walking distance, the staff is friendly. Nice to have a little frig and microwave in the room.
Our room (15th floor) was very stuffy - the A/C didn't work well.Hot water cut off in the middle of my shower, (what's up with that?)Sheraton Garagae Parking is too expense, but ok on the street. Internet was too expensive! Maid didn't vacuum on 2nd day.
All of the above - Location is good, but building needs updating. They should rethink policy of charging for internet in the room.

Great rooms and rates.
The lights went out for about 2 hrs.
Decent rooms, located in a questionable part of town.
