Good location, helpful and friendly staff.
The other guests were horrible and rude. Kept us up all night partying both nights. Called hotel management the first night, which helped a little. Gave up on trying to quiet them down on night 2 as it obviously didn't sink in or they just didn't care.

Location is good, easy to get to from I87/I287. Stop and Shop right behind the hotel. Hotel room service was spot on and food was excellent. Lobby was a bit noisy, especially during happy hour, but it is also open to the bar and restaurant areas. Channel selection on Satellite TV are a bit lacking. Rain kept us from getting a very good signal for TV or Internet. Room decor was nothing special, beds were ok, but not very comfy after a while as the springs on one bed were very bouncy and didn't give a lot of support. clean hotel and professional staff nicely designed rooms
although the double bathroom doors looked cute, they did not provide enough privacy for my liking because of the little space that is open between the 2 doors.

The hotel provided my wife and me a perfect get away from our kids in our area. The lobby was very nice and the bar/lounge area was even nicer. It was a perfect stay for what we were looking for.

One of only two elevators was out. Remaining elevator was especially slow and there were a large number of guest waiting at any given time for elevator.

Ice makers on 3 floors were inoperable, one elevator was out of service and the one running was constantly packed with kids that appeared to be riding them up and down. Loud kids running down hall in the AM hitting doors.Why charge for internet??
