clean hotel and professional staff nicely designed rooms
although the double bathroom doors looked cute, they did not provide enough privacy for my liking because of the little space that is open between the 2 doors.

The hotel provided my wife and me a perfect get away from our kids in our area. The lobby was very nice and the bar/lounge area was even nicer. It was a perfect stay for what we were looking for.

One of only two elevators was out. Remaining elevator was especially slow and there were a large number of guest waiting at any given time for elevator.

Ice makers on 3 floors were inoperable, one elevator was out of service and the one running was constantly packed with kids that appeared to be riding them up and down. Loud kids running down hall in the AM hitting doors.Why charge for internet??

It was convenient, clean, quiet. Good pool and whirlpool Overall it was very nice.
Elevator was a bit slow causing longer than necessary waits (I think). There were loose cobblestones in the driveway. It looks like there were repairs done and they didn't grout them yet. I pointed the issue out to the desk and hopefully they passed.

It was very convenient and met my needs. Just about everything was swell. My wife enjoyed the stay as well as myself. Wireless internet should be free.

Fantastic staff and great public areas.
Internet is expensive in the rooms.

Rooms are a little bit dated, but still very nice and well kept. Public areas are very fine, and the restaurant is excellent. Will return if in the area again.

Small rooms with no closet. Limited fitness center, pool is a hot tub really. Location is ok and romms are reletively updated but need some wallpaper work.

the food was expensive and for the price i would have wanted a better burger

good experience overall shopping centers not far but food in hotel prices high and was just alright staff very nice
