Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Tribeca New York Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(14) | Solo Traveler(25) | Traveling as Couple(59) | Family with Young Children(6) | Family with Teens(8) | Senior Traveler(1) | Group Traveler(7)

Good room, and nice bathroom, with a big shower stall.
Did not like the fact that on top of spending about xxx. for the two night stay there, we had to pay xxx. a night for the car to be parked at a garage. Felt like that was a rip-off.
This hotel is very comfortable, and great location to go to restuarants, shopping in Tribecca, and Soho. Nice quiet location, even though it is right on Canal St. Conveinent to the subways to get uptown. The bar and restuarant is very nice and very friendly staff. Conceirge assisted us with getting great show tickets.

The staff were incredibly helpful. The two bartenders (Rikki was one of them) were absolutely the most friendly and sweet people to chat with during an evening drink at the hotel bar.
The elevators were horrendously slow. I mean, really, really, mind numbingly annoyingly slow. and I think one was not functional half the time we stayed there.
Location is excellent. Room amenities were fine, but the décor could be updated a bit. Very clean. Helpful staff.

nothing
The rooms were ridiculously small, the amenities practically nonexistent. There were exposed wires behind the tv, the artwork was atrocious and cheaply done.
Tiny rooms. Few amenities. Atrocious decor. Average service. Great location.
