Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort And Spa
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.February 20, 2013

The entrance of the hotel is at the VERY END of Wild Horse Pass Blvd. Don't give up as you're going down the long road, and don't be distracted by the other buildings you pass (golf club, conference center).

This is a wonderful hotel if you are looking to get away. Keep in mind it is out quite a distance from the city and other convieniences. I don't believe there is a better value for your money out there. On Friday evening we were suprised after using the pool and hot tub to find smores were being made at the fire pit! Wonderful experience!

First impressions of hotel were not great due to unfriendliness of front desk staff at arrival and use of Wi-Fi was $13 a day (get with the times Sheraton). Fortunately after that first time we were met by really friendly staff members.

I was very impressed. From the staff that held the door open on arrival to the very helpful gentleman behind the check in counter. There is a free shuttle that runs all night from this hotel to the main casino and its only a 5 min ride. Rooms were very new looking and clean.

This hotel is very nice but the layout is terrible and takes forever to get to your rooms. I know this sounds nit picking-like but the hotel front desk nickel and dimed us on every expense and overcharged us several times. They were incredibly rude and unhelpful, this will be the last time I stay at a Sheraton.

Great hotel! Had a free boat ride down a river (lovely!) to Rawhide Western Town where you can get in free because of the hotel stay - awesome! Has a 111 foot waterslide and was so family friendly! The staff arranged for an "All you can eat Watermelon contest" for all the kids by the pool and other fun things to do! Amazing grounds, tons of sidewalks, mature vegetation. We would be happy to go there again!
