Location, room size, friendly staff and fast service.
Dirty carpets everywhere, hallway and in
the room.

Prince Hotel used to be the premiere hotel of its time. However, the carpets are in bad need of upgrade. With these changes, this hotel could easily be upgraded.

Extreme helpfulness of the staff.

Although it is far from most of the tourist sites in Yokohama, it is next to a major train/subway station. The staff is extremely helpful in giving directions and advice. There are many eating establishments and shops on site as well as nearby.

Room are to small ,smell like smoke , room need remodeled.

People are very friendly, helpful, very nice people, rooms need work, food prices are crazy.

Great location - super near train station.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Killer location (right at Shin-Yokohama train station). All 4 of our rooms were very clean 2 had been refurbished and were very nice. The other 2 were fine but not as nice. Westerners will find the rooms on the small side (normal for Japan). Plenty of dining and shopping options very near.
