Hotel Guest Reviews of the Shreveport Travelodge
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 19, 2012

I was given the wrong room. When i tried to explain to staff, they were very unprofessional about it.

Not good. Scared for my safety at this hotel.

One of the most horrific rooms I have ever seen. From mold, throw up, old food, dead bugs, cigarette butts everywhere, cigarette burns in covers, stained sheets, hair everywhere in the bathroom.

If
I had rented a room without going through Priceline
I would have had a much nicer room at and paid less. This motel was not even close to what the pictures looked like.

We’ve stayed in many 1 star hotels in Bossier, so when I saw this was a 2 star and cheaper, I thought, why not. The chair in the room was so gross you could not sit in it. The sheets were clean. The bathroom was partially redone, the tub, so that was okay, but the commode, the pits. It felt unsafe there, however, it was dog friendly (we have no dog), but the people I saw walking around outside had dogs so therefore, I figured they weren’t too dangerous, although many were questionable. I was more scared of getting fleas than bedbugs. The people at the front desk were the hippiest looking young people I’ve ever seen at a hotel. There was no one even approaching 30 and so I was taken aback at first. However, they couldn’t have been friendlier and although small, the breakfast was fine. The TV was watchable, but the picture was fuzzy on most channels although there was a big selection. We won’t ever stay there again. But, I looked on the bright side, there was no dust on the side tables and the phone had obviously been cleaned. It wasn’t that it was dirty (except for that chair!), it was just old and funky. I guess if we’d had a dog it would have been perfect.
