Upgrade in the room flooring is great & cleaner.
Charged for water not used, but manager took care of it

The hotel is beautiful
The staff sucked they gave us a room that was already occupied and the restaurant had hair on my key lime pie

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location was awesome. We loved the nice little shops, movie theater, ice cream shop, and a variety of food places all in walking distance. There was also security late night.

It was a quiet very nice neighborhood. It offered an alternative to the hussle and bussle of ocean drive and alot less expensive. The drive to the beach was about 40 minutes but that was fine for us. The Decor of the hotel was beautiful. I only wish we could have gotten a room where the view was the beautiful gardens by the pool(Our room view was the parking lot and the dumpster. Even that did not spoil how great the hotel was!!! Great trip ...read more

The room was extremely clean and well put together, the location was so centric to all the places we wanted to visit. They accommodated our every need, gave us excellent and right on recomendations for eating. I just fell in love with hotel. :)
I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel!

This hotel will exceed your expectations in every aspect. It is excellent and my choice from now if I am going to Miami Lakes.

When we got to hotel we were upgraded to a suite, because of lack of regular rooms. It was great! I just had a problem with security keycard, I had to replace them a couple of times. It was not letting me into room. Had to walk two long hallways and take an elevator to receptionist counter, then wait on line again. Sheesh!

The hotel is in a great location.
The hotel is doing some renovations and the workers woke me up early in the morning. I called the MOD and it was quickly taken care.

The public grounds were nice.Staff was adequate/ pleasant.
It seemed like a 2 1/2 star at best, trying to be upscale but with cheap and worn furniture ,Pergo floors- really? No concierge.

The overall location and quality made it seem like it was set up for conventions more than tourists. I didn't see the golf course, but that might be a draw to this place, get out of the cold and play golf and go back home.
