Hotel Guest Reviews of the Siena Suites Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

IT was nice and Quiet! Pool area very nice. Laundry room available and easy access! Great Parking. Convenient to freeways, and restaurants.
Beds were hard! Office staff were NOT nice!

I would stay here again! Other than unpleasant office staff I had a great stay!

The staff were nice.
The carpet and other surfaces in the room were stained and need updating. Hotel needs a major renovation. Windows look only out onto walkway. Having only black-out curtains, not sheers, allows any passerby to look into your room (or be in darkness).

The wife has bad knees and an elevator would have been helpful as we were on the second floor.

Awful hotel room!! Very dated and worn carpet and furniture. The carpet was so old and dirty that I didn't dare take my shoes off to walk around. The matresses were horrible and uncomfotable. We had planned to stay here on our return, but canceled!

Awful hotel room!! Very dated and worn carpet and furniture. The carpet was so old and dirty that I didn't dare take my shoes off to walk around. We also had our 10 month old with us and I wouldn't let him down on the floor. The matresses were horribly old and uncomfortable. The TV's are the old tube style and very small. We had planned to stay here on way back through Las Vegas the following week, but cancelled immediately upon check-out! I hate to leave an all negative review. With that being said - the staff was friendly and the location was good for us because it was away from the city, noise and lights, and just off the freeway. The only thing I would recommend about this place is to STAY AWAY! ...read more

The hotel was very near where I needed to be, was clean and quiet. Also the room was very large and having a kitchen was nice.
Parking at night was a little hard to find but other than that it was a good value and nice place.

The staff is a bit young and although most of them are trying very hard to make your stay a good one some just didn't seem to care. It took a little longer than usual to check in but still OK. As for the location it was great since I needed to be at Boyd Stadium and it's less than a mile away. Also in the area there are all the stores, restaurants gas stations and quick freeway access. The rooms were quiet, clean and there was plenty of room. Overall it looks more like a time share than a hotel so for the money its really a good deal. ...read more

My husband and I were travelling with our dog to Idaho to visit our daughter and were trying to find a hotel that allowed pets. I never thought there could be something harder than concrete until I slept on their bed. It's almost like they used the box-spring for the mattress. It hurt my husbands back so much, he tried sleeping on the couch, but that was way too small. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night because we couldn't sleep. Also, they advertise the rooms as suites with kitchens, but there were no dishes, utensils, etc. The only amenities the room had were 2 towels and a hairdryer. Would not recommend staying here at all. I think there were people living in the complex and there seemed to be some rather shady characters walking around. I was surprised that our motorcycle was still in the back of our truck when we left. ...read more
