Hotel Guest Reviews of the Silken Puerta Valencia
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(2) | Solo Traveler(1) | Traveling as Couple(3) | Family with Teens(1)

The reception hostess took us one day in advance of our reservation at the same rate as Priceline.
Prices for the Restaurant were over the average for the quality of the food.

The bathroom is good and big.
The location, noisy (heavy traffic on the street), room not attractive for a 4 star.
The hotel is good for a 3 star rate. Clean.

Hotel and amenities were all great.
Located in an outlying area of the city, only a so-so neighborhood with many abandoned storefronts and very dirty area.
Very nice hotel and staff in a borderline neighborhood judging by its appearance and quite some distance from the city center.

Pleasant, clean world class feel - pretty close to metro.
Kind of far walk from center of town - somewhat mundane neighborhood.
Having stayed in the charming center of Valencia in the past, I as a little disappointed in the location of this Hoyle and lack of upscale café and restaurant life right nearby. However, it is not that far from the center and several metro stops are with 5-10 Min's walk. Neighbor hood seemed safe and well kit. Walking into lobby the impression is first class, clerks pleasant with fine English. Room was modern though bed a bit hard Needed a cab in the am and one was there in an instant 15 euros to airport in about 15 mins Metro to airport is a breeze as well.
