Hotel Guest Reviews of the Silver Cloud Hotel Stadium

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

It was next to Safeco Field and there were places to eat that were close.

Highly recommend this hotel in particular if your attending a baseball game at Safeco Field. You can jog to the waterfront from the hotel which was beautiful.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, amenities were abundant, especially the laundry room.
Too far from Downtown and in a sketchy neighborhood.

The hotel itself surpassed my expectations in terms of cleanliness, helpful staff and amenities. My bath drain was slow the first day, and after I mentioned it to the staff, they promptly corrected the drain. There is a laundry room with 4 washer/dryers for free use, with inexpensive laundry detergent for purchase in the front lobby.

Shuttle service more than made up for the slightly out of the way location.

I liked its location, the staff were eager to assist and make recommendations. Also enjoyed the shuttle to the Pike Street Market.
The parking could have had easier access maybe. I don't know the space limitations. I just like being able to walk to my car whenever in case I left.

I was pleasantly surprised at the location and would have enjoyed spending more time there. I told my wife we should go there sometime.

Walking distance from Pike Place Market.
I saw a couple of homeless people few blocks away from the hotel.

I really loved the rooftop jacuzzi. It was awesome!

This hotel was clean, friendly, and comfortable.
We didn't like the fact that valet parking was our only option for parking. We needed to access our car several times, so it was a hassle.

Clean room, friendly staff, restaurant in building.
Had to pay $25.00 for parking. That, in itself, will preclude me from staying there again.

Location.
The room was never cleaned and they didn't replace soap or shampoo.

The hotel appears clean and upscale however, the service is poor. The room towels were replaced but they would not replace soap, shampoo or condition for the 4 nights I stayed. Also, they did not remove room service dishes so the room always seemed dirty.

Keyed elevators, great bathtub, accommodated my request for a room on a higher level, nice ambiance in bar/restaurant.
Expensive parking ($25), bar/restaurant way too expensive for the food quality, hear the train by Safeco Field all night if you stay on the south side.
