Hotel Guest Reviews of the Silver Cloud Inn - Seattle Lake Union
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Overall quite a good hotel in a good location, close to downtown, and with free parking! Another bonus is the free "breakfast" - in quotations because its not much on European standards but pretty good for North America. Having visited Seattle at least a couple of times per year, for many years, we have tried numerous hotels, but keep coming back to this property and occasionally also the Silver Cloud Inn on Broadway. ...

The staff were amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great and it was in a short walking distance to some fanastic places to eat by the water and a great walking path along the waterfront and marina. They provide a free shuttle to Pikes and Space Needle that run every half hour from the hotel. Great continental breakfast and free parking! We were there for medical and was able to walk to and from our appointments quite easily. Would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat! ...

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. We were fortunate to get a room that overlooked Lake Union as well as a beautiful view of the Space Needle. The free breakfast was much more than "continental". The free newspaper that was awaiting our arrival at breakfast was very much appreciated. The shuttle service made our trip more relaxing as we did not have to worry about parking and getting lost. Our room was plenty spacious. The added benefit of a microwave and a tv was a welcomed suprise. The 52 inch TV was also very impressive. The pool and hottub were in excellent condition and were so relaxing. All in all, a 5 star hotel. Well worth the money we paid and we will definitely be back. ...
