the room was small, the beds were very uncomfortable, the bathroom needs redone.

the hotel did not look anything like the photos on the site. it was not on the beach, it was a block away. very run down. i've been in motels that were cheaper, but was in better shape. so the saying "you get what you pay for" is true.

Location and cleanliness of room.
Intermittent maid service. When she did show up is was 5 in the afternoon, just when you return to your room to get ready for your evening activities. Very irritating. Manager did not recognize this as a problem.

I will not stay there again. Too many choices of old cinderblock motels in the immediate area.

The location near the beach was amazing! Had an island feel. Friendly and polite people and atmosphere. Overall it was simply amazing!
The furniture is old and outdated. Needs simple upgrades.

Can't beat the beach location. Loved waking up to the ocean. Very comfortable room and friendly staff. Definitely needs new furniture but an overall amazing experience for my family and I. Booking again very very soon. Loved it!

Clean, friendly staff, very short walk to beach, convenient parking, full kitchenette w/microwave and full-size refrig. Only negative was the too small for the room window-mounted A/C which was also quite loud. Great deal for the price, though!

It was perfectly simple, walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. nothing fancy but comfortable, which is all we were looking for.
There was a bit of an ant problem.

For the price, we couldn't have asked for a better deal. We will definitely seek to stay here again.

Management was very helpful even took us to the port for our cruise, offered to get us a cab if not.
It was a little outdated but taken care of nicely.

I would stay there again if you weren't looking for plush accommodations. It is a bit outdated but the management was wonderful. Would definitely go back.

It was close to the Broad walk.
Mattress was old and made a loud noise with every small movement; could hear traffic from the room.

It was not clean, there was no free shuttle as had been previously advertised.
