Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sleep Inn And Suites Ronks

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Hotel is either very new or recently renovated. Everything was very new looking/feeling, clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast provided.
Walls were a little thin; could hear others, but not to the point of distraction. Not really a complaint, but the breakfast doesn't officially open until 7 on weekdays; late for a business traveler. Person in charge had it ready to go by 6:40 which helped.

Great value for the price. Friendly, courteous staff. Not a lot of frills, but but would do quite nicely for individuals or families that need a place to sleep, even for a multi-night stay. If Lancaster is your destination, this would be worth considering.

It was convenient, and easy to find things in. The staff was willing to help when needed, and they even had computers available to use around the clock which was helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

For the price you had a clean room with comfortable beds and plenty of towels.
The air conditioner seemed to have only one setting.

Overall the reasonably priced room met our expectations. The room was clean and the two queen size beds were comfortable. We had a spacious bathroom and it was quite throughout the night. The indoor pool was small but it fit the bill and my daughters enjoyed themselves playing in the luke warm water. The continental breakfast had plenty of variety between waffles, cereals and fruits. ...read more

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
The location - would not stay on main highway again - doesn't give the feel of the area. Decor very dark

I liked it's location.
The Noisy Vent in the bathroom, no coffee filter for the coffee maker and merkey pool water.

I really appreciated the location of the hotel, the staff were very courteous and friendly and the hotel grounds are clean. I must however say that in our room, the location of the face basin in the bathroom made it difficult to lean over and wash one's face and we got the one bathroom that once you turned on the switch to go into bathroom the noise from the vent was intolerable. The bed was comfy but for breakfast, we were better off heading to nearby diners, because the breakfast choice from the hotel were mostly cereal and sweets and make your own waffles if you waited long enough. As for the pool we did not swim at the time because the water looked murky. But apart from all this, it was still an overall decent hotel. ...read more

The sheets and towels were clean and white
Pillows were skimpy, tub did not drain, bathroom fan noisy, walls dirty, desk clerk unconcerned about complaints, room not up to par for price.

This hotel is definitely not up to par for the price. The housekeeping was poor. When we took a shower the drain did not work so the water was up around our ankles by the time we finished. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy and it turned on automatically with the light switch, so when one of us went to the bathroom it woke the other one up. There was no whole pillow. It had four less than half pillows, which were very flimsy, so it was like having no pillow at all. The bed was okay and the linens were clean. I mentioned this to the desk clerk and she sort of shrugged her shoulders as if to say, "Oh well". More than half of the TV channels had no sound, which didn't matter a whole lot to us, we really only stayed one night, but it would matter to some who were staying longer. ...read more
