Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sleep Inn Carolina First Center

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The night staff lady was friendly.
Very loud. Could hear everyone in hallway.

Don't stay here. Currently under construction. Was very loud in hallway and upstairs. Was awakened in middle of night twice. I had a last minute travel guest with me and they could not move us to a room with double beds. It did not have a couch or pullout bed. They could not even provide a simple roll away cot. I mean what hotel cannot provide a roll away? And the free breakfast was atrocious. They didn't even put the milk on ice or offer any fresh fruits. In this case the cliche is true, you get what you pay for. And it wasn't much. I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again. ...read more

Value received for the price. And location near the BiLo Center.
Mattress was a little worn.

It was very close to the Dog Show.
It was not an in and out motel.

Very Clean, staff was great and catered to the dogs from the dog show!

The location of the hotel was great, and the breakfast bar was pretty good.
The hallway smelled really bad.

This was a good place to stay if you are never going to be in your room during the day. The queen size bed was pretty small for two people, and was more likely a full size. The hall reeked of smoke, despite many of the rooms were non-smoking.

It was right across the street from my workshop facility.
Bugs: roaches and lady bugs in my room.

Sleep Inns are traditionally good hotels to spend a night in, but this one needs work and more attention.

What I mostly liked about the hotel was the location, which was close to malls, shopping centers, churches, and the interstate.
The room was too close to the work area of cleaning facility and lobby. Room was too small.

Overall, the hotel is very good.

Not much.
The hotel was not well kept, had a seedy atmosphere and was very Spartan in its amenities.

This is an economical option, but there are better choices in this area within a close price range. I would not stay here again.
