Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sleep Inn Conway
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.July 9, 2011

The staff was great, the room was clean, but seemed a little rundown. It will definitely need a refresh in the next few years.

I paid a significant amount for a room that where we found hairs (plural) in our bed, the shower was filthy, and the room smelled disgusting! I had called in advance and requested a non-smoking room because of my allergies. When we got there, the hotel was full and our room was a "smoking" room. When I asked for anything else (even if I could pay extra), the clerk handed me a bottle of Febreze.

Enjoyed our stay. The only thing that alarmed my wife was the door. It did close and lock with the knob but not the safety latch.

For a moderately priced hotel, this did everything that I needed, and did it well. All the rooms have a refrigerator. My family will stay here again if we are in the area.

The hotel in Conway was the best place for me and to my surpprise it had a pool and I was not looking fowaed to that but it was relaxing. The room was very claen and had all the comforts of a more expensive hotel for a great price. I recomended the hotel to friends for the next time we pass through Conway SC ( Myrtle Beach).
