Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sleep Inn Fayetteville

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location. That's about it.
Our room smelled of smoke. The odor was so overwhelming we complained and nothing was done. We were very upset because we were traveling with our 2 young daughters. Also, we requested a room with 2 beds and they put us in a queen.

Don't stay here if you don't smoke!

Clean rooms, very personable and helpful staff. Loved having the elevator to get up and down to the floor as steps and my knees do not get along very well.

I was glad to have been "warned" that this hotel sits back a ways from the roadway and almost behind another hotel with which it sort of shares a driveway entrance. As expected though, the hotel was clean, friendly staff, and very accomodating. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices to choose from or mix & match. The staff also was great to inform of us some of the best sights to see in and around the area and what events were taking place that they were aware of. We already had a major event we were going to and the reason we picked this hotel to stay at for convenience. They were also able to give easy to follow directions to local places to eat. This hotel is very close to some great places to eat (such as Chili's next door and Colton's Steak house just up the road). We will definitely consider staying at this hotel again when in the area. ...read more

The beds were comfortable, the staff friendly and the location was very convenient.

The Sleep Inn was conveniently located near shopping and food, while still being only minutes away from our event on the U of A campus. The common areas and our rooms were clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. I know the hotel was full of kids and families in town for the same event we were attending, so I was pleased that it was not noisy and we had hot water on demand - even at peak times. ...read more

The rooms are clean and nice but they are missing a few aminities.
They put mw in a smoking room and told me they could not change it due to them not getting paid if they did. I knew this was not a true story. After being persistent they finally moved me. This hotel was less than 25% filled.

Very Convient to the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville

This hotel was very convient for us. Close to the University of Arkansas and plenty of shopping and restaurants around and some within walking distance.

The coziness.
It needs flat screen TV's.

It was a nice hotel should maybe be one star higher.

Good price and location to U of A and Dickson.
Teeny tiny bathrooms, no bathtub, pocket bathroom doors. Only one sink, zero counterspace.

The bathrooms were below par. Teeny tiny toilet/stand up shower closet with a pocket door, and then a sink outside with zero counterspace. You should have seen my husband and I trying to get ready for a fancy wedding. Both, at the same time. Also, the front desk chick was nice and all, but I was in a rush and didn't remember to ask for a single king or queen bed, and she never asked my preference. So we ended up in a room with 2 full size beds. (an adjoining room at that). If you like your rooms freezing cold, the a/c worked great. There is no actual closet, just an armoire type thing.
