This hotel feels like it used to really be spectacular and has aged although it is aging gracefully. The room built-ins and space capsule shower reminded me of accommodations at Disney. The beds were a little soft, and our room had no exterior windows, the windows overlooked the pool, which is indoors and the air was quite stale and stuffy, but it didn't smell old, and it was clean. ...

The room and bathroom were clean, though there were a few questionable spots on the carpet -- crusty bits and such. We also had an ant problem around the sink. It was a bit noisy at night.

The hotel staff, and service was very nice. Since I was traveling alone I felt comfortable, and safe in my room at night. However the walls are very thin so I was kept awake by the guests in the next room coughing, and disturbed early with the blow dryer from the other side. Housekeeping started banging on doors around 8am, proceeded to continually stammering the doors each, and every time they opened one to get something from their cart. Needless to say I was couldn't wait to check out of the room hours before I wanted to just to get away from their noise. This is not the first time I have stayed at this complex but it is the first time I didn't stay in a suite. I will not be staying there again. ...

Good location, excellent service, friendly staff, very accommodating, but bad air filters in the HVAC system. I have a very sensitive allergic reaction to dirty or moldy filters, and on both occasions.

Very nice hotel, comfortable bed, clean and great location for access to the interstate. Very spacious shower and clean!

Group Traveler
A clean and efficient hotel that even bent the rules about cancellation (after extending my original stay) because of iffy weather where we were traveling to. A hurricane was threatening, and we wouldn't know until the next morning if we'd need another night or not.
