Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sleep Inn Nashville

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great new remodeling job! Nicely decorated and I always enjoy having my door on the inside of the building.
Breakfast only went until 9am and since I arrived late I was not ready to eat by that time. The bathroom seemed to be skimped on during remodel.

Overall I was very pleased with this hotel. Though I wish I could have got something closer to the $50 range, this was worth the extra money. The shower was still a little dirty, but there was a fridge and microwave and new TV. I slept great and so did my dog!

Terrell who was working the front desk was very nice and helpful.
Cramped room in a rougher neighborhood.

Good bed, quiet location.
Toilet leaked and made noise, lid was loose, walk-ins got better price than we did.

Another modestly re-decorated and franchise-re branded Pakitel. Yes, eggs for breakfast, but not if you're on a cholesterol diet - only scrambled available and no egg-beaters. Otherwise, conventional breakfast.

Bad location. Old.
We were in a room that was dark and old. It had a run-down feeling to it.

It was supposed to be in a location close to downtown Nashville. It was in a seedy part of town. While the front desk clerk was wonderful, and very helpful, I would not recommend this motel to anyone unless it was a last resort. Our room had a handicap accessible shower that leaked onto a very slippery floor. I slipped and almost fell on the tile floor. I was not happy!

The staff was very friendly.
It's a little outdated.

It's a good hotel if you're not going to be spending a lot of time there. If you need an inexpensive option that's an easy drive - especially to the Opry, it's perfectly fine.

Cleanliness, friendly and helpfull staff.
Parking lot.

Hotel and staff were great, room was clean and modern, we have stayed in much more expensive hotels that were not as nice as this one.

Location and the staff.
The hotel was a little outdated and the laundry room was too close to the lobby.

It was an excellent value and had comfortable beds.
TV had only 9 channels.

Good, clean, cheap stay. Housekeeping was on the spot. We had four people in a room with two double beds. Not recommended. Continental breakfast very boring. No fruit. Hotel staff ate everyday we were there. Wi-Fi worked very well.
