Convenient location, friendly staff, and reasonable price.

HVAC unit in room was a bit noisy.

Great location and rate. HVAC thing in the room was a bit noisy when it cut on/off. That interrupted sleep a bit. Excellent breakfast.

Shuttle service to the DC Metro; clean; friendly; good location and hotel for the price.

Hotel is great for the price - not dirty or unpleasant and many people stay at the hotel. Close to the Metro and free shuttle service provided. Staff is friendly and helpful. Compulsory breakfast is good and many food options available.

A To go beverage cup was left in the refrigerator, no screen on the window, were given a smoking room.

The staff had great customer service and the hotel was clean.

The van service could not drive me to the business training I had to attend because it was out of the jurisdiction.

The hotel was clean and the continental breakfast was a plus. However, you need to rent a car to get around because the metro buses were too far to get to from where the hotel is located and the taxis were became expensive after using daily.

Shuttle to metro, and nice room.

Staff wasn't the friendliest, just went through motions.

I enjoyed my stay, cheap but no complaints about the room or service. Complimentary breakfast had hot food, there was a pool and shuttle service to metro. Perfect hotel for day trippers.
