Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sleep Inn & Suites Cave City
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 6, 2013

In town for a family event,(family member Funeral). As is the "norm" I suppose for all buildings, new or old, there will be insects. That being said, there was only one observation of a small "roach" on the back of the shoulder of my jacket that my wife noticed just after I had taken it out of the closet and put it on to leave. It startled both of us. But we saw no others to make mention of. This could be due to the weather turning colder etc. I do not consider it a deal breaker. The room and the areas of the hotel that we observed appeared to be clean. The dining area also appeared to be clean and well stocked. The building appeared to be well maintained and the staff knowledgeable about their jobs and helpful to all which includes each other. Overall the entire experience was above expectations given the very resonable pricing of this room. There is much available to do in the nearby surrounding areas,(when in season). Will most definately check them out the next time we are in this part of the country. ...

Right off the interstate perfect location for travelers. The pool was small but perfect for us. The breakfast was a little lacking but ok. We stayed on the second floor and we could here a little bit more than usual of the foot traffic from the floor above. Overall great stay for the price. Very clean and modern.

very nice! We will be back!
From the moment, we walked in we loved this hotel. The woman at the front desk was very informative and friendly. She recommended a great restaurant. The room looked amazing and smelled very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. I wasn't sure about the "shower only" room, but it was just fine for my husband and I. We will definitely be staying here again, when we bring our kids back to see the Grand Canyon! ...

This hotel has very nice updated rooms and very comfortable beds! The size of the pool is not good, although it says on the wall the pool is limited to 60 people, you probably could only fit 10. The dining room for breakfast is very small also. On the other hand, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very centrally located near attractions, restaurants and the interstate.

We stayed at this hotel based on location to Mammoth Caves. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of common rooms and our own room. The hotel staff was very helpful in directions to local stores. They obviously take pride in what they do. I would highly recommend!
