Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sleep Inn & Suites Milwaukee

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

near airport and still now far from downtown
For the 3 rd time in the last 4 months, I found the staff to be not friendly,, seems too busy to help you, I always have to wait when I go to the desk for them to come out of the back room, and they are just generally NOT HELPFUL!!!

In the summer don't stay along the back on the 2nd floor, the fans will keep you up all night.. Other than the less than helpful and slow staff, everything else about the hotel is very nice, affordable, clean, and a good location to stay near plenty of places to eat..TT

Really nice selection of breakfast items.
Breakfast should go until 10:00. We are not early risers, and having to get dressed to be down to breakfast by 9:00 was a hardship for a long weekend. The fee for a pet is too much at $25 per night.

The staff was very friendly. We really liked the pool area. Very nice hotel for the price. Centrally located for what we wanted to do. (Downtown and outlying areas)

Rooms were very nice.
Hotel staff could not direct me to hotel and when I arrived the next morning after asking for a late check out.

Nice location, but staff needs to be more accommodating and knowledgeable - when I asked if the location was north or south of the main east and west street, Layton, the front desk said, it matters which way you are coming! He must be new to this country or very poorly educated.

Clean & Affordable

Hotel was very nice and clean. When looking for hotels in Milwaukee, we noticed that anything in the city was more than anything just outside the city, so we focused on the cheaper areas, and really just wanted a clean, safe place to sleep for the night. This more than met our needs.

Good location, decent free breakfast & free parking.

Room was very nice for the price. I liked the free parking and the free breakfast in the morning, especially, the waffles, although there could have been more topping choices. It was located in a good area with numerous restaurants a short drive away. Looked like it was close to the airport as well. I would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and very nice continental breakfast.
Nothing.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable, nicely updated bathroom. The mini fridge & microwave were a plus. The continental breakfast was very good with a variety of choices.

It was convenient, with free wi fi, free parking and free continental breakfast.
The hot tub was broken and the next day so was the pool (whole reason we stayed there). When we checked in the attendant was rude.

We usually stay at this hotel, but this time we were displeased. The hot tub was broken and the next day, so was the pool and that was the main reason we stayed at the hotel. The hotel staff seemed short staffed and when we checked back in the hotel (the next day) the attendant was very rude to us at check in. Then when our thermostat was broken (very cold in our room mid winter in Wisconsin) and we asked to be moved, he argued with us about it and said the thermostat was fine. We used to stay there all the time, when we visited Milwauke, but now we will seriously rethink. ...read more
