Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sleep Inn & Suites Near Seaworld

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Helpful staff. Clean rooms. No road noise. For a few hours there was a heavy footer pacing around.
The stay served it's purpose

I would stay again. Continental breakfast was ok. If you get eat breakfast early, you will find it sufficiently furnished but as time went on, they ran out of some snacks.

the 2nd night there the manager gave us the room we had paid for.
we reserved a king bed room. was told when we got there that there was none available. the clerk at the desk was very unhelpful. did not care what our reservations said. we could take what was available or leave.

the amenities in the room were poor---one coffee cup. no condiments with coffee pot. very uncomfortable pillows on bed. very poor staff person at check in. did not even know when breakfast was available.I can say the manager attempted to correct things by the 2nd day and this helped a lot.the breakfast was fine. and the room was clean by the time we got back in to the rooms in the evenings. ...read more

Motel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
sound proofing between rooms could be a little better.

Hotel was nicer than I expected. It was located near many good restaurants, and far enough from the highway so you don't hear any road noise.

Rooms were good.
The staff seemed to be lost. No one seemed to be on the same page. we requested a late check out and were told we could check out at noon. But later 3 people came to knock on the door to remind us that check out was @ 11:00. after explaining to them 3 sep

The front desk allowed us a 3 hour late check-out and did not charge the standard $20 fee.
The shower curtain leaked water all over the floor, which was very unpleasant.

Very clean and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the sheets were a high thread count, which was fantastic! We booked the double Queen room and it was large enough for my 2 kids. The room had a microwave and mini-fridge, as well as a coffee maker. The continental breakfast was great and included waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, etc. Overall, I would certainly recommend the hotel and we will be staying there again. ...read more

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly.
The bathroom was not very clean around the tub and the carpet had not been vacuumed around the edges of the beds and sides of the room. The WIFI would not connect from our room which was on the first floor at the left side of the hotel.

We would not stay there again as what was charged and what was received the value just was not there. The TV in the breakfast room at 6AM was set on MTV one morning playing very loud with no remote control to turn it down or change the station.

Free Breakfast, though the waffle iron line was long...
Room cleanliness - open bottles of water in fridge and half eaten muffins in microwave.

Good for budget Seaworld travelers. Needs more detail to room cleanliness.

Location was good.
Had to change rooms, First room smelled of sewage, 2nd room air conditioner was broke.

Hotel was in a great location, but original room smelled very bad. They moved us to another room and the air conditioner didn't work.
