Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sleep Inn & Suites Near Seaworld

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I like the convenience to Seaworld, the main objective of the trip. Rates were affordable.
No access to wireless in rooms, only in lobby. Creamer in continental breakfast are was spoiled, not rotated and cleaned of bad ones.

The hotel was affordable, however, the breakfast availability is not sufficient for the occupancy, especially during a holiday weekend. I was concerned when I went for creamer for my coffee in the breakfast room and saw that the canister that held the creamer was very unsanitary. Several packages had been busted open and left and even one was so old that it was solid instead of liquid. Obviously, the person handling this just covered it up with new ones, instead of taking 10-20 seconds to dump the old ones and was the canister out. As a previous front desk manager, I understand how people complain about the silliest things, but this was unacceptable. I brought it to the front desk's attention and it seemed like the person working at the time did not really care.

Excellent Location, great value.
the Pool closed too early for me. (10pm)

We rented one of the Suite rooms with 2 beds a fold out couch and 2 TV's. During the time we were in the room it was grreat because the kids could watch whatever they wanted and the adults could watch something different. The service was above the norm and the whole family had an excellent time!

It was clean and everything looked updated.
The beds were suppost to have been queen and seemed as if they were doubles.

Its a nice Hotel. The swimming pool was a bit cold and somewhat small.

The proximity of shopping and dining.

All was good except that the day shift desk clerk kept her vehicle parked in front of the doors all day, which is supposed to be for guests checking in, and she also kept her dog on the front desk all day also.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and that it was close to Sea World.

A small hotel but nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. It was very economical to stay overnight, and we loved the fact that it was just minutes away from Sea World. There was a Walmart nearby and all kinds of eating establishments.
