Really enjoyed the hot tub.

This is a fairly new hotel and it was very nice. The beds were very comfortable -l good pillows. Nice flat screen TV on the wall. The continental breakfast was good and we really enjoyed the hot tub.

Very clean and spacious. Close to restaurants and shopping.

A better price than other adjacent hotels. Almost $20 cheaper a night for two people in a non-smoking king size bed room.

Nicer and cleaner than expected and the person at the front desk was exceptionally nice.
Do not have anything negative to say.

We enjoyed the hotel and staff. The room was neat and clean. The hotel was also very quiet. For the money a great value.

Newer facilities, comfortable beds.
Customer service was lacking. Lots of irrelevant questions at the front desk since i had already booked online.

Decent hotel to stay for the night, but since i didn't find the customer service to be appropriate, we won't be staying at this chain again. I've been much happier with the service at other chains.

We liked the ease of moving about the hotel. We also enjoyed the breakfast.
The parking was a problem. They need to expand the parking lot.

Overall, we found the hotel to be an excellent choice. The beds were comfortable, bathroom clean, and the breakfast was quite adequate. I must commend the lady in the breakfast area for staying on top of things. She was constantly refilling, cleaning, and assisting the patrons.

Hotel looked/felt new. There was no smell like some hotels have as there is no smoking/pets allowed. Loved it!

Very clean, very upscale rooms, staff was friendly and helpful
I was on the third floor, no ice machine on the third floor

Highly recommend for business, family, and leisure travelers
