Group Traveler
This hotel has everything you could need or want. It was not actually in the area of Shreveport we were visiting but we liked it so well we decided it was worth the drive to visit gain.

The check in took 30 min because there was a new person, but they were so nice and the morning breakfast person was so nice. I'd stay again

OK, this is not a Marriott, but then I have never stayed at Marriott either so I consider this hotel very extremely nice and it fit my needs. The staff was extremely friendly,the room was small but very comfortable, clean and smelled clean as well, the bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it with me,the continental breakfast was really good. There is nothing that I can say bad about this hotel. I will make this my hotel choice when traveling. ...

Overall great experience with this hotel. Only worry was the strong smell of cleaning supplies that lingered in the room. I first thought that they had just cleaned the room since we checked in 10 minutes after 3:00 but the smell lasted into the night. I knew the room has been cleaned though. Water pressure was very poor. Not that big of concern to me, but my wife wasn't happy with it. She washed her hair and took a long time to get soap out. These are literally the only two things that need improving with the hotel. Very nice staff, good FREE breakfast, and clean hotel. ...
