Overall, the staff was great. They have limited double beds and will charged $40 extra to switch from a king size bed. The hotel is modern and quiet. Nice view from all rooms.

Family Traveling with Young Children
We had a great weekend in Chicago, and the hotel was a big reason why. The hotel design has a very hip, modern feel including the lobby and lounge areas. Clean with very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
