Couple
The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge- a tub and shower was provided. Housekeeping was fast and neat. The location was perfect- near Pizza Uno and Trader Joes. Also very close to Michigan Avenue. We were able to walk to the Navy Pier and Art Institute as well as the Shedd Aquarium and Adler Planetarium.

Family Traveling with Young Children
I would stay again. However I don't like how on Priceline you can specify # of ppl when doing the Negotiator!! I had to request 2 dbl beds through the hotel as we had our 2 children traveling with us. Then there was an additional $40/night charge for 2 dbl beds. Also I loved that it was pet friendly! Next time I will definitely bring my dog.

We were on the 22nd floor, and we had a fabulous view of the Hancock tower. Our junior suite was a little small, but there was plenty of room for the necessities. The maid service AND turn-down service were exceptional. The concierge was particularly helpful. In fact, every single person on staff was pleasant, and you can absolutely tell that guests are their #1 priority. When we checked out, we were given a complimentary car service to our destination. For the price, you can NOT beat this hotel. Perfect location, excellent price, and exceptional service. ...

A little more expensive than a four star but a lot cheaper than a five star. With that said it is much nicer than a four star!!! Well worth the Money!!!!
